Board of Directors
The administration of the Social Cooperative "Plori" is carried out by a 7-member Board. As stipulated in our statute, its term is three years. It includes 2 members from Category A and 5 members from Categories B and C. All members have equal voting rights. The Board meets once a month and extraordinarily when needed.

General Assembly
It is the supreme body of the Cooperative. It meets once a year, monitors the financial management of the Board of Directors, decides on cooperative management issues and elects:
- The members of the Board of Directors
- The members of the Supervisory Board
- The representatives of the Cooperative in the Panhellenic Federation of KOI.S.P.E.
Supervisory Board
It consists of three members, elected every 3 years by the General Assembly of members. Its role is to monitor whether the Board of Directors manages cooperative matters correctly and complies with the decisions of the General Assembly.

2021 Elections
During the 6th General Assembly of KOI.S.P.E. "Plori" members on July 15, 2021 elections were held for the election of the Administrative and Representative bodies of KOI.S.P.E. Plori. Also, the representatives of "Plori" in the Panhellenic Federation of KOI.S.P.E. were elected.
Note: After Mr. Voutyrakos' resignation from the position of Vice President and following the calling of alternate members (in order of election), the position was assumed by Ganimas Andreas. The assumption of his duties was approved by the General Assembly of May 3, 2022.
