KOI.S.P.E. is a unique form of cooperative, as it is simultaneously a business and a Mental Health Unit, supervised by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
KOI.S.P.E. were created to offer work and social integration to people facing psychosocial difficulties.
